The Nokia 5500 is a phone designed with sporty-users in mind. It is the perfect companion for the fitness freak, which is highlighted through its many incorporated features.

The Nokia 5500 is dust proof, splash resistance and has an active stainless steel body casing for durability and rubberised sensitive keys. The handset’s media capabilities include a built-in pedometer, an alternative interaction method, a 3D sports sensor that helps with tracking, and text to speech capabilities for various functions. Another good feature of the phone is its 2 megapixel camera with 1600x1200 pixel that also includes a 4x digital zoom, self-timer, night mode and brightness features.

The phone contains a flashlight that comes in handy in the dark and there is also an integrated music player that supports MP3, WMA, AAC+, and AAC, formats.
