LG releases Black Label Handset

Tue, 05 Sep 2006

Phones 4u has scored a one-month exclusive on LG 's latest Black Label handset, the KG810. Like its predecessor, the Chocolate, the KG810 will target fashion lovers.

The clamshell handset features the same red touch-sensitive buttons as seen on LG's top-selling Chocolate. It comes with a 176 x 220 resolution screen, 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3 player, FM radio, 128MB of onboard memory, Bluetooth, weighs 83g and 14.6mm thick.

The KG810 feels very solid, but the smooth black surface is a fingerprint magnet. LG claims that the mirror surface is very scratch resistant as it is made of fibre glass.

It is the second phone released in the UK from LG's Black Label range and is available now at Phones 4u.

The KG810 is Phones 4u's first exclusive on a Black Label phone. Earlier this year the Carphone Warehouse scooped exclusives on all three colour variants of the Chocolate, the first handset in the series.

The KG810 will be available on Orange, O2 and Vodafone .
