Nine new mobile phones from Motorola

The American mobile phone manufacturer, Motorola Inc. has unveiled nine new mobile phones . The expanded set includes the much-anticipated RAZR2 Luxury Version.

The company has stepped up pressure to match and exceed the release of three new handsets by Seoul-based electronics company Samsung . The new Motorola releases expand their W series, allowing consumer more everyday communication options.

The new devices are packed with fresh technology and will allow all kinds of new call options. The president of Motorola Mobile Devices, Stu Reed, reportedly commented: "These devices are designed for consumers who are purchasing their first mobile phone, for those who simply want to talk and message on an easy-to-use phone, or for those who are looking to upgrade a basic phone. These seven new additions to our W series exemplify Motorola’s commitment to providing innovative and exciting products to meet – and exceed – the demands of this diverse global audience."

The RAZR2 Luxury Edition is expected to cause a stir amongst those who prize the look of their mobile phone handset . All handsets will come to market towards the end of 2007.
