Other impressive features include a virtual trackpad to navigate the phone, a "G-sensor" that allows the mobile to be tilted around a central axis, and full Adobe Flash support allowing users to watch any flash video from the web.
The phone also comes equipped with HSDPA 3G and AGPS, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, a microSD card to expand the devices 512MB of memory (to 32GB), and a 3.5mm headphone socket.
The TG01 handset is expected to be at the premium end of the price range, although Toshiba stressed the price would be "very competitive".
