Vodafone has announced it will be stocking the HTC Tattoo, the mobile makers latest Android handset, from next month.
On its official website, the network operator has confirmed that the smartphone will be released in the UK in October and is now available for pre-order.
The HTC Tattoo comes with all the features that are now standard with Android-powered devices, including a 3.2-megapixel camera, 3G/HSDPA connectivity, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, microSD card support and a 2.8-inch touchscreen display .
However, the phones main talking point is the inclusion of HTCs new Sense User Interface, which lets users customize their mobile experience through shortcuts to websites, social networks, emails, games, applications, etc.
The mobile phone also features a four-way circular navigation system and comes preloaded with the usual Google Services such as Google Maps, GMail and Youtube, with many more applications available to download from the Android Market.
Pricing for the HTC Tattoo is yet to be confirmed, but the phone is being touted as a budget handset and should go on sale for considerably less than the other Android phones on the market.
