Fans of HTC smartphones will be glad to hear that the Facebook-themed HTC ChaCha will be released in June.
T-Mobile has added the Android phone to the coming-soon page of its website, making it only the second mobile network operator to come forward with details on the device’s launch.
Information on pricing, contract plans and exact release dates is yet to be released, but T-Mobile is advising customers to check its website for up-to-date launch details.
The HTC ChaCha features a dedicated Facebook button that allows users to instantly post and access content on the world’s most popular social networking site.
The smartphone runs Google’s Android 2.3 operating system and features a QWERTY keyboard and a 5 megapixel camera .
Also listed on the T-Mobile site as “coming soon” is the much-hyped Samsung Galaxy S II, the LG Optimus 3D and Optimus Black, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, the Motorola ATRIX and the HTC Sensation.
All six Android handsets are due to hit the UK over the next two months.
