Tesco Mobile has become the latest mobile network provider to announce that it will carry the new Apple iPhone 4 when it goes on sale next week.
The company will join O2, Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile and 3 Mobile in offering the newest version of iconic device from June 24, leaving Virgin Mobile as the only major UK network yet to secure a deal for the iPhone 4 .
Tesco is yet to announce any details on tariffs or handset prices, but customers can find out more information by registering their interest online at phone-shop.tesco.com/iphone/registration.
Vodafone and O2 are the only networks to offer any tariff details so far, although Apple has confirmed SIM free prices for the iPhone 4. The 16GB model will be available for £499 and the 32GB version for £599.
Tesco Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that runs on the O2 network. It has been selling the iPhone 3GS on a number of PAYG and pay monthly plans since December 2009, including rare 12-month deals.
The iPhone 4 was officially unveiled at the start of the month by Apple chief executive Steve Jobs.
