Mobile network operator Three has launched a new pay-as-you-go mobile broadband deal .
For £2 per day, users get 500MB data allowance, which according to Three is enough for five hours of internet browsing, sending 500 emails, watching two four-minute video clips and listening to 16 four-minute songs online.
Three customers can either purchase the £2 daily mobile broadband allowance online or via a top-up voucher purchased in one the operator’s UK stores.
Joe Parker, Three’s director of mobile broadband, said the new deal should prove popular with people who don’t want to commit to a rolling contract.
He commented: “Three’s Pay Per Day deal is the ideal proposition for business travellers, iPad owners and students who have a fixed broadband connection at home but also want the flexibility of being able to snack on mobile broadband whilst away from their home.”
Three also offers its customers 1GB data per month for £10 on a 30-day rolling contract and 15GB data on a £15 a month, two-year contract.
Last month, the company scooped several mobile broadband awards for its reliable connectivity and customer service.
